These mushrooms have an otherworldly look to them. They look like they could be a pink brain coral in a coral reef, and yet they are growing out of a straw substrate in PVC piping. They are the incredible & edible pink oyster mushroom (Pleurotus djamor) and below, Pleurotus citrinopileatus.
